We wanted to thank all of our participants and donors for our Crohn’s Fundraiser Challenge. Downriver Strength & Shape’s first fundraiser went off without a hitch. We raised $360!!! ALL! We mean 100% of the proceeds will go toward the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America! We dedicated this event to Ryan Insco & Chad Runt.

It’s official! We are going to move to a new location to serve you better!!! By mid June 2014, we will be at 2320 West Rd in Trenton, MI 48183!! We will have 2400 sq. ft of space for personal training, semi-private training and fitness classes! If you want to get in shape, this is the place.
