The Training For Warriors system is a physical and mental training program originally created for fighters but for the everyday person by Martin Rooney. Martin Rooney is a well known figure in the strength and conditioning world and developed this system more than 10 years ago. The program utilizes ongoing evaluation and feedback to adapt specific strength and conditioning protocols to best fit the warrior in you!
